Return or Exchange

In some cases, where you wish to exchange either full or partial order because the order does not match the specifications or we mentioned, you may place a request for exchange simply by sending us an email on fabpersona@gmail.com along with your order number in the subject, an image of the area that has some issues, and a summary of the problem you are facing within 7 days once the order is received. The return shall be subject to the briefed conditions in clauses 1 and 2.

Please Note: Products below 2 meters or bought on sale are non-returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

When Product is Damaged or Defective

  1. Refund Policy
  • In all instances of returns covered, the customer shall get a exchange against the product returned.
  • Discounts on the bulk order valued 15000 INR, or above, shall be adjusted on a pro-rata basis and not be applicable on the actual worth of order after the return.
  • Fab Persona shall arrange product pickup from the delivery location. The location of the shipping address must be similar to the pickup address.
  • In case, our logistics partner is not able to cover the pickup location, the customer shall return the product from IndiaPost and share a scan of the receipt via email/WhatsApp. Fab Persona may return/refund charges as per the IndiaPost receipt.

 

  1. Covered as Damaged or Defective
  • The fabric is abruptly torn and is not usable
  • Inconsistent visual appearance in terms of texture, print or colours at the time product first unpacked
  • Weight per meter varies more than 25%
  • The structure is woven loosely in some parts or weave is damaged or torn

 

  1. Not Covered as Damaged or Defective
  • Some types of fabrics suffer colour bleeding for a few washes, instructions are mentioned on the product page of each fabric clearly.
  • Different Colour Representation due to different digital screens that cause some difference between the colour you see on website v/s in real.
  • Any fabric ordered below 2 meters is not valid to be returned.

 

  1. Exchange
  • Any request shall be fulfilled depending on the availability of the fabric in the inventory on the date of receiving returned product/order.
  • Exchange of products shall not be calculated on the MRP but on the net payable price of the product.

 

  1. Conditions of Returned Products
  • The tags on the product must be unbroken
  • The product shall not be washed, used, stitched or in a damaged condition
  • Products will not be covered under returnable or exchangeable except in the case of defect.
  • The product needs to be returned in the original packaging

 

When Customer Changed Their Mind or Did not Like The Product

In instances when a customer changed their mind or the fabric didn’t meet their expectations or wish to return whole or part of the entire order, Fab Persona shall accept exchange of the fabric that qualifies the conditions mentioned.

No reverse pickup will be arranged and the customer shall bear the charges of full shipping in such cases. The replacement will be processed within 5-7 days from the date of returned order is received in the inventory.
